Perch\u00e9 abbiamo politiche di cancellazione?<\/strong>
Sappiamo che i piani a volte possono cambiare \u2013 \u00e8 del tutto normale! Le nostre politiche di cancellazione servono per garantire una buona organizzazione delle escursioni e per prenderci cura al meglio dei nostri cavalli.
I cavalli sono il cuore della nostra offerta. Meritano cure amorevoli e una preparazione accurata. Una pianificazione chiara ci consente di occuparci di loro al meglio e di assicurare che ogni escursione sia un\u2019esperienza indimenticabile per te.
Speriamo che tu possa capire perch\u00e9 dobbiamo adottare queste misure. Insieme creiamo le migliori condizioni \u2013 per te, per noi e soprattutto per i cavalli.

Le nostre politiche di cancellazione<\/strong>
Ti chiediamo gentilmente di avvisarci il prima possibile se non puoi partecipare all\u2019appuntamento prenotato. I nostri cavalli e il nostro team attendono con gioia ogni uscita pianificata, quindi \u00e8 importante ricevere comunicazioni tempestive. Per essere corretti e trasparenti, abbiamo deciso di adottare tre tipi di cancellazione:
\u2022 „Ultimo Momento“ \u2013 da 0 a 2 giorni prima dell\u2019inizio
Una cancellazione cos\u00ec a ridosso dell\u2019evento purtroppo non ci permette di offrire il posto ad altri. Per questo motivo non possiamo n\u00e9 rimborsare l\u2019importo n\u00e9 posticipare l\u2019appuntamento.
\u2022 „A met\u00e0 strada“ \u2013 da 3 a 5 giorni prima dell\u2019inizio
Se ci informi in questo intervallo di tempo, possiamo rimborsarti il 50 % dell\u2019importo pagato.
\u2022 „In tempo“ \u2013 a partire da 6 giorni prima dell\u2019inizio
Grazie per averci avvisato per tempo! In questo caso ti rimborseremo il 100 % dell\u2019importo pagato.

Come annullare la tua prenotazione<\/strong>
Se desideri cancellare la tua prenotazione, puoi contattarci facilmente:

\u2022 O invia una mail con il numero della tua prenotazione
Ci occuperemo immediatamente della tua cancellazione e ti informeremo non appena sar\u00e0 completata.
Indicazioni importanti per la cancellazione:

Nessun problema! Facci sapere lo stesso. Non ti verranno addebitati costi e non riceverai alcuna fattura.
\u2022 Prenotazione gi\u00e0 confermata?
In questo caso si applicano le politiche di cancellazione sopra indicate. Il rimborso verr\u00e0 calcolato in base al momento della tua richiesta.

Cancellazione da parte di L’operAmmare
A volte pu\u00f2 succedere che circostanze impreviste, come condizioni meteorologiche estreme, ci costringano a cancellare l’escursione. Poich\u00e9 non possiamo sempre prevedere queste situazioni, la cancellazione potrebbe avvenire anche all’ultimo minuto.
Cosa succede allora?
\u2022 Nuova data: Ti proponiamo volentieri una nuova data che puoi accettare.
\u2022 Rimborso completo: Se la nuova data non ti \u00e8 comoda, ti rimborseremo l’intero importo (100%).
Il rimborso avverr\u00e0 entro 24 ore dalla comunicazione della cancellazione.<\/p>\n

Our Cancellation Policy<\/strong>
We kindly ask you to let us know as early as possible if you\u2019re unable to attend your scheduled ride. Our horses and team look forward to every planned outing, so timely notice is important. To stay fair and transparent, we\u2019ve established three types of cancellations:
\u2022 „Last Minute“ \u2013 0 to 2 days before the ride
Unfortunately, such short notice doesn\u2019t allow us to offer the spot to someone else. In this case, we can\u2019t provide a refund or reschedule the ride.
\u2022 „Short Notice“ \u2013 3 to 5 days before the ride
If you inform us within this time frame, we can refund 50% of the amount paid.
\u2022 „On Time“ \u2013 from 6 days before the ride
Thank you for letting us know well in advance! In this case, we\u2019ll refund 100% of the amount paid.

We\u2019ll take care of your cancellation right away and notify you once it’s completed.

Cancellation by L’operAmmare<\/strong>
Sometimes, unforeseen circumstances, such as extreme weather, may force us to cancel the ride. Since we can\u2019t always predict these situations, the cancellation may occur even at short notice.
What happens then?
\u2022 Alternative date: We will happily suggest a new date for you to choose.
\u2022 Full refund: If the new date doesn\u2019t work for you, we will refund the full amount (100%).
The refund will be processed within 24 hours of the cancellation notice.<\/p>\n

Um fair und transparent zu bleiben, haben wir uns f\u00fcr drei Stornierungstypen entschieden:

Eine so kurzfristige Stornierung macht es uns leider unm\u00f6glich, den Platz anderweitig zu vergeben. Daher k\u00f6nnen wir in diesem Fall weder eine R\u00fcckerstattung anbieten noch den Termin verschieben.
\u2022 „Zwischen T\u00fcr und Angel“ \u2013 3 bis 5 Tage vor Beginn
Wenn du uns in diesem Zeitraum informierst, k\u00f6nnen wir dir 50 % des gezahlten Betrags zur\u00fcckerstatten.
\u2022 „Rechtzeitig“ \u2013 ab 6 Tagen vor Beginn

Dann gelten die oben genannten Stornierungsrichtlinien. Wir berechnen die R\u00fcckerstattung abh\u00e4ngig vom Zeitpunkt deiner Anfrage.

Stornierung durch L’operAmmare<\/strong>
Manchmal kann es vorkommen, dass unvorhergesehene Umst\u00e4nde, wie z. B. extremes Wetter, uns dazu zwingen, den Ausritt zu stornieren. Da wir solche Situationen nicht immer im Voraus absehen k\u00f6nnen, kann dies auch kurzfristig geschehen.
Was passiert dann?
\u2022 Alternativer Termin: Wir schlagen dir gerne einen neuen Termin vor, den du annehmen kannst.
\u2022 Volle R\u00fcckerstattung: Wenn der alternative Termin f\u00fcr dich nicht passt, erstatten wir dir selbstverst\u00e4ndlich den vollen Betrag (100 %).
Die R\u00fcckerstattung erfolgt innerhalb von 24 Stunden nach der Mitteilung der Stornierung.<\/p>\n\"\"
